In October, the Hon. Jacinta Allan MP, Minister for Regional and Rural Development and Cr. Julie Rivendell, Mayor of the City of Greater Bendigo, helped us launch the new Wellsford Estate in Bendigo. This food manufacturing precinct, to be developed by Bendigo Properties Pty Ltd, is a joint venture between Bensons Property Group Pty Ltd and Hickory Developments Pty Ltd.

This food manufacturing precinct, to be developed by Bendigo Properties Pty Ltd, is a joint venture between Bensons Property Group Pty Ltd and Hickory Developments Pty Ltd.
Located only six kilometres from central Bendigo, the 30 hectare Wellsford Estate will combine excellent food-manufacturing facilities with support infrastructure including reception, administration, canteen and recreational services.
The development is central to a region famous for producing some of Australia’s best fresh produce including stone fruit, olives, dairy and wines.
Ecological sustainability will underpin this exciting project and energy efficient designs, environmentally responsible building materials and energy efficient fittings will be used throughout.
The project will be Bendigo’s largest industrial development and offers manufacturers a unique opportunity to have a purpose built facility.
