Since late last year, Bensons have begun implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) application by Zavanti called ‘Zavanti Property Developer.’

The objective is to integrate all departments and functions onto a single computer system to serve an array of needs. This new system will enhance the internal controls required to facilitate our future growth plans.

By aligning core project functions such as development funding, estimating, forecasting, project costing and control, the ‘Zavanti Property Developer’ will provide Bensons with a single repository of real-time task critical information. This invaluable resource will facilitate cost estimation and forecasting for a greater number of projects, budget control and project management across Bensons’ development and funds management businesses.
