Since late last year, Bensons have begun implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) application by Zavanti called ‘Zavanti Property Developer.’
The objective is to integrate all departments and functions onto a single computer system to serve an array of needs. This new system will enhance the internal controls required to facilitate our future growth plans.

Travancore Stage 2 plans lodged

In August 2007, Bensons lodged a Development Plan Overlay application with the Moonee Valley City Council for Stage 2 of the ‘Travancore on the Park’ project.The application offers a fully integrated complement to the themes established by renowned architects Fender Katsalidis in Stage 1 and will add a mix of stylish residential and office spaces.

In October, the Hon. Jacinta Allan MP, Minister for Regional and Rural Development and Cr. Julie Rivendell, Mayor of the City of Greater Bendigo, helped us launch the new Wellsford Estate in Bendigo. This food manufacturing precinct, to be developed by Bendigo Properties Pty Ltd, is a joint venture between Bensons Property Group Pty Ltd and Hickory Developments Pty Ltd.
