Environmentally Responsible Design

Bensons is committed to environmental responsibility through innovative design and construction of residential and commercial buildings.

Active working partnerships have been developed with accredited environmental designers and consultants. Environmentally sound processes that meet or exceed standards under current regulatory requirements are employed wherever possible.

Community Focus

Bensons takes great pride in its reputation as a good corporate citizen and is well respected at all levels of government. A core belief is that “profit is the reward for doing things right, and doing the right thing”.

Bensons believes strongly in corporate social responsibility and applies this by donating at least 5% of profits to charitable causes and the arts. This reflects the philosophy of the Group Chairman that the objective in life “is to be as successful as possible, while making the largest and longest-lasting contribution to the society from which we draw out success”.
