A Town Planning Permit has been granted to demolish the existing premises and construct a new retail and office complex comprising one basement level of car parking (42 spaces), 4 retail premises at ground floor level (1,186sqm) and two upper levels of office space (2,361sqm). The anticipated completion value of the project is approximately $26 million.
The proposed development will be of a high architectural quality and appropriate scale. It respects and compliments the existing character of the area, particularly in terms of the building design, height setbacks. Construction is expected to commence in early 2009 for completion in early 2010.
