Completed in March 2007, M1 Urban is the standout residential apartment complex in the northern corridor of Melbourne. Preston is seen as the next inner Melbourne suburb to experience a renaissance and emerge as an exciting contemporary suburb.

M1 Urban comprised 81 apartments and 4 retail units. It is situated 8 kilometres from the city and enjoys excellent public transport with a tram service at the door and a train station within immediate walking distance.
