Elias Jreissati - Group Chairman

Elias' leadership has cemented BPG as one of the most successful diversified property companies in Victoria.  Elias founded BPG in 1994.



Rick Curtis - Managing Director

Rick has over 25 years experience in property financing, development and asset management.  He was previously CEO of a listed funds management and financial services group.  Rick will continue to drive BPG's continued diversification into commercial property sectors and property funds management.



Michael Foley - Executive Deputy Chairman

Michael has over 30 years experience in property related businesses including senior banking, property finance, real estate and management roles.

Harry Granek - Director of Developments

Harry has 34 years experience in the design and delivery of complex projects in all stages of feasibility, planning, design, construction, documentation and contract administration. His expertise stems from qualifications both in civil engineering and architecture.


Frank Bosgraaf - Chief Financial Officer

Frank is a CPA and experienced business improvement practitioner. Frank has over 30 years experience which includes senior positions with accredited international organizations of both large and medium size.


Greg Tsironis - Finance Director

Greg is a CPA and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, with in excess of 25 years experience in accounting , finance and taxation, gained both within the accounting profession and commerce environments. Greg joined Bensons in 2006 and is now the Finance Director responsible for financial strategy, company secretarial, taxation & internal and external reporting.


Sharon Collins - Director Sales and Marketing

Sharon oversees the sales and marketing on all Bensons' residential projects. She is responsible for brand management, sales management, agents and alliance development, sales budgeting and forecasting, client database management, lead generation and marketing campaigns.

Sharon has more than 16 years' sales and marketing experience gained largely within the residential property, greenfield land development and marketing management sectors. She has a strong track record for creating and leading high performance sales and marketing teams.
