Stage 1 – PFD Food Services

Construction of the external infrastructure to the Wellsford Estate, food manufacturing precinct, in Bendigo commenced in August 2007. The works are being funded by Bendigo Properties Pty Ltd, a joint venture between Bensons and Hickory Developments Pty Ltd. Wellsford Estate is Bendigo’s largest industrial development.
Construction of Stage 1 of the development commenced in February 2008 and comprises a cold storage and office facility for PFD Food Services, which commenced operations on 21 june 2008. |
